Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? Here are answers to the most common queries about our small-batch programs.

Batch Structure & Scheduling

Maximum 5-8 students per batch to ensure personalized attention.
Batches are designed to maintain an optimal student–teacher ratio, ensuring each child receives personal attention. Students are grouped by grade and subject, and we also consider school affiliation so that children from the same school are together whenever possible. This helps maintain a consistent learning pace, aligns with school curriculum, and encourages effective peer collaboration within the batch.
Batch timings are fixed to maintain consistency and discipline. Parents and students are informed of the schedule in advance so that they can plan accordingly.
Each session is typically 60–90 minutes, depending on the subject and batch. This duration ensures focused learning while keeping students engaged.
In special cases, such as genuine learning need, batch changes may be considered subject to availability. This is decided in consultation with parents to ensure minimal disruption to the learning process.
Whenever possible, siblings are accommodated in the same batch to help with scheduling and peer support, while still maintaining optimal batch size for personalized attention.
Depending on batch availability, mid-term enrollment may be accommodated.

Faculty notes and assignments are also shared to help students stay updated, and we encourage peer discussions to reinforce learning. While make-up classes are not provided, regular attendance remains important so that students gain the maximum benefit from the program.

Parent Involvement

Attendance and assessment details are shared with parents on a regular cadence, and overall progress is reviewed during in-person meetings held once a month. This ensures parents remain closely informed and engaged in their child’s learning journey.
Parents can reach out to tutors for guidance, updates, or clarifications during scheduled parent meetings or through email and messaging channels as advised by the program.
We maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. Students are encouraged to participate actively and follow classroom norms. Any behavioral issues are addressed promptly in collaboration with parents.
